A note from Dr. Fred:
To expand a little bit more about me, I enjoy having a cup of coffee with friends, allowing the conversations to take us on interesting journeys where we all learn something new about each other and ourselves.
I also love spending time in the kitchen, cooking healthy meals for friends and family. Speaking of health, I like to stay fit by cycling on trails, or playing tennis and basketball on the courts. When I need to exercise my mental muscles, I love to play chess.
Above all else, I love spending time with my four children, either hanging out at home, telling jokes and watching interesting shows, or taking them out to discover new healthy hole-in-the-wall restaurants around town
Each of my kids is extremely talented, one of which is an amazing artist who illustrates my fun, nutritional children’s book series. Another is following in her father’s footsteps and pursuing a future career in medicine.
When it comes to my patients’ health and medicine in general, my genuine commitment is to build a trusting connection with each person I help through hard work and persistence which will ultimately result in the individual’s long and healthier life.
